Job summary

Vizient seeks an experienced leader to drive Envi's Project Management organization, overseeing implementations, performance, and client outcomes. You will shape scalable onboarding, standardize methodologies, and develop teams to deliver value across client deployments.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, operational excellence, and leveraging AI capabilities to modernize processes and accelerate growth within a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience leading implementation or client delivery operations.
• Experience guiding managers and developing high-performing teams through coaching and performance management.
• Ability to lead strategic planning, scalable methodologies, and service delivery models.
• Experience managing complex, high-risk implementations with risk mitigation.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to improve efficiency and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Envi's Project Management organization and establish performance expectations.
• Define and execute implementation strategies aligned with client goals and business objectives.
• Oversee evolution of implementation methodologies and streamline workflows.
• Develop onboarding, training, and competency programs for project managers.
• Direct complex client implementations with executive oversight and risk mitigation.
• Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational measures.
• Use data insights to guide resource allocation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Envi and Vizient teams to deliver coordinated onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to scale processes.
• Contribute to strategic planning aligning capabilities with growth objectives.
