Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Senior Vice President to lead the data center commissioning practice. The role oversees complex projects, sets standards, and mentors a high-performing team across design through handover.

Strong leadership and deep technical expertise in mission-critical systems are essential. You will manage budgets, schedules, client escalations, and staffing across multiple engagements while promoting safety and quality.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 12–15+ years of commissioning leadership.
• 10–15 years in mission-critical commissioning with leadership roles.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers (10MW+ IT load) and Tier III/IV facilities.

Responsabilités

• Develop departmental strategic plans and participate in BD activities, RFPs, pricing.
• Establish commissioning processes aligned with ASHRAE, NFPA, IEEE standards.
• Lead commissioning managers and field technicians with coaching.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and testing agencies.
• Oversee testing protocols for electrical, mechanical, BMS/EPMS, and fire systems.
• Maintain documentation standards: test procedures, reports, O&M manuals.
