Qualifications

• 1–2 years in housekeeping or hotel operations is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Schedule staff according to forecasts, budgets, and productivity needs.
• Train all team members on safety, policies, and SOPs; ensure compliance.
• Conduct performance reviews and advise on compensation per policy.
• Lead efforts to deliver positive and memorable guest experiences.
• Hold regular daily stand-up and monthly department meetings with staff.
