Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required.
• Preferred Administrative Credential but not required.
• Preferred Master’s degree in leadership or education.
• 3 years of successful teaching experience.
• 3 years of administrative experience in an educational environment.
• Experience working with 9th‑12th grade students.
• Valid California Driver’s License.
• Fingerprinting and Tuberculosis test required.

Responsabilités

• Implements a high-quality, rigorous, safe, data-driven high school program aligned with AIMS K‑12 mission and vision.
• Sets ambitious school goals for student achievement and holds staff accountable for results.
• Develops, oversees, evaluates, and improves the school’s instructional model and curriculum.
• Models high quality instruction and provides coaching for instructional staff.
• Uses data to inform practice and drive decision‑making and instruction.
• Assures filing of all legal and regulatory documents and monitors compliance.
• Works with Board to oversee growth, vision, and long‑term goals.
• Oversees charter renewal, site visits, and Annual Report development.
• Develops and ensures adherence to accountability and budget plans.
• Keeps the Board informed on school condition and influencing factors.
• Creates an environment of respect, safety, and support for learning.
• Oversees day‑to‑day operations and ensures school safety and staff engagement.
