Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce strategy to attract, retain and develop talent.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address dependencies in the operations ecosystem.
• Drive adherence to service levels and enterprise metrics.
• Lead change to drive growth and operational excellence.
• Build relationships with health plans, IT, regulators and other units.
• Direct membership initiatives: identify needs, outline strategy, manage deliverables.
• Design, develop and implement policies and procedures for operations.
• Use data and technology to drive continuous improvement and issue resolution.
• Serve as escalation point to minimize provider and member impact.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Performs other duties as assigned and complies with policies.
