Job summary

Leap Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Vice President, Health Plans to lead and scale Leap's health plan partner ecosystem.

You will own the strategic direction, partner development, and revenue growth with major plan partners. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will shape the commercial model, influence product roadmaps, and manage a high-performing team of sellers and cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in health plan sales, partnerships, or strategy roles.
• Proven success selling into health plans and understanding payer models.
• Experience structuring complex partnerships, including contracting and expansion.
• 2+ years of people management leading high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Define Leap's commercial health plan strategy with senior leadership.
• Influence product roadmap for health plan audiences.
• Develop and close high-impact health plan partnership deals.
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations.
