Qualifications

• 10–15 years of engineering experience in consumer electronics with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Proven track record guiding full product development cycles from concept to mass production.
• Hands-on firmware familiarity to review scope and coordinate with embedded engineers.
• Experience with contract manufacturers and manufacturing readiness.
• Strong technical communication for leadership briefings and supplier interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Turtlebox’s engineering team across mechanical, electrical, and validation.
• Set design quality standards, documentation, test rigor, and manufacturing readiness.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to translate designs into products.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation standards and change control.
