Job summary

Extra Mile E-Commerce in Elkhorn, NE is hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to design, test and scale performance campaigns across landing pages, offers and creatives. You’ll build affiliate and creator tracking, pull weekly metrics, launch new products with test budgets, and optimize Shopify stores to lift conversions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing, analytics or ecommerce (internship acceptable).
• Strong spreadsheet and data skills.
• Curious, fast, and detail oriented.
• Willing to learn Meta ads, affiliates and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set up and track tests on landing pages, offers and ad creative.
• Build affiliate and creator tracking links, codes and reports.
• Pull weekly numbers on traffic, conversion, AOV and ROAS.
• Help launch new products with test budgets and quick readouts.

Headline: Growth Marketing Specialist | Test, learn and scale

About Extra Mile

Extra Mile E-Commerce is a family of 50+ specialty sports, games and play brands based in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Our flagship is Omaha Sports & Games, online and in store. Now we are designing and manufacturing our own products and selling them nationwide. HyperJam premium basketball hoops are the first of 5 products launching in 2026, with 20 more coming in 2027. If you want to control your own destiny and get paid for what you build, you will fit right in.

Earning potential: $55,000 to $85,000 per year (base plus commission). No cap. Top performers earn more. On site at our Elkhorn, NE headquarters.

You love numbers and you love finding what works. You set up tests, track results and help us scale creators, affiliates and Meta ads. You will learn growth from the ground up. Reports to the Head of Growth.

What you will do

What success looks like in year one

• A steady flow of tests with clean results
• Affiliate and creator sales tracked accurately every week
• A dashboard the team checks every Monday
• At least a few wins you can point to with real numbers

You might be a fit if you

• Have 1 to 3 years in marketing, analytics or ecommerce (or a strong internship)
• Are great with spreadsheets and comfortable with data
• Are curious, fast and detail oriented
• Want to learn Meta ads, affiliates and conversion from people who do it daily
• Want your pay tied to the growth you create

Nice to have

• Experience with GA4, Shopify analytics or Triple Whale
• Any hands on experience with affiliate or referral programs
