Postscript is the AI messaging platform trusted by 20,000+ Shopify brands — including Brooklinen, Ruggable, True Classic, and Dr. Squatch.
With a mission to make SMS your number one revenue driving channel, we built the best-in-class SMS marketing platform and launched revenue-driving AI features not available on any other platform. And we're just getting started.
Backed by Greylock and Y Combinator, fully remote since 2018.
Marketing is being rewritten. The playbooks that built B2B pipeline for the last decade are losing their edge, and the teams that win next will look more like product and engineering teams than traditional marketing departments. We're looking for the person who is already living in that future.
As Head of Growth Marketing, you'll own every way merchants discover, evaluate and come back to Postscript: paid channels and budget, postscript.io, every traffic source, our email and SMS distribution, community, creative and experiential. You'll run growth as an experimentation engine: fast, quantitatively rigorous and AI-native from the ground up.
You won't just run campaigns. You'll build and ship things: free tools, interactive experiences and AI-powered products ecommerce brands actually want to use, tested against real traffic and measured against pipeline. Part mad scientist, part operator, part builder.
This is a fully remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States.
