Job summary

Beacon Software seeks a GRC leader to design and scale governance, risk, compliance, and privacy across its growing portfolio of software companies. The role blends policy, automation, and AI-driven workflows to drive audits, certifications, and continuous compliance.

You will build scalable GRC architectures, partner with portfolio teams, and shape the program for fast-paced startup environments while maintaining strong cross-functional influence.

Qualifications

• Built or matured a GRC program and led org through SOC 2 Type 2.
• Experience delivering audits/certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, accessibility).
• Fluent in aligning security and privacy to business goals.
• Proven ability to automate governance with AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beacon’s holdco governance program across policy, AI governance, data governance and privacy, and risk reporting.
• Guide portfolio companies through audits and certifications (SOC 2, ISO 27001, accessibility).
