Aspect Biosystems Ltd. is seeking a strategic Head of Manufacturing to scale GMP-compliant biomanufacturing for bioprinted tissue therapeutics.

You will oversee facilities, lab operations, safety, and aseptic manufacturing to support clinical readiness and future pipelines. Reporting to the CTO, you will build a high-performing team, implement IQ/OQ/PQ programs, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize infrastructure, cost, and data integrity while upholding safety and

Qualifications

Master's degree plus 10+ years in biotech/pharma ops.
5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing GMP manufacturing.
Deep aseptic manufacturing and qualification expertise (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute manufacturing operations strategy aligned with program timelines.
Oversee aseptic manufacturing and environmental monitoring for GMP compliance.
Lead facilities and lab operations, safety programs, and cost management.
Build and mentor a high-performing operations team with continuous improvement focus.
Manage equipment qualification, preventive maintenance, and calibration.
Collaborate cross-functionally to enable discovery through clinical readiness.
Develop long-range OPEX plans and annual budgets with expansion planning.
Ensure compliance with occupational and biosafety regulations.
