Job summary

Maritz seeks a Director-level professional to lead the global sourcing and procurement strategy within Engagement Solutions. You will drive the Rewards catalog by selecting suppliers, negotiating terms, and aligning actions with the company strategy.

You will manage a team, optimize pricing and profitability, and ensure supply continuity across regions, with a hybrid work setup in MO. A strong track record in procurement and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6 years of Procurement or Buying experience required.
• Demonstrated negotiating skills with outside suppliers.
• Proven planning and organization skills.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a collaborative, team environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sourcing strategy by category and region and drive supplier partnerships.
• Oversee global buying decisions and contracting and align with merchandising plans.
• Set pricing and margin objectives and analyze costs, pricing and profitability.
