Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's preferred.
• 6 years of Procurement or Buying experience required.
• Demonstrated negotiating skills with outside suppliers.
• Proven planning and organization skills.
• Execution-focused with ability to meet aggressive goals.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience managing cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage global sourcing by category and region; identify and qualify new suppliers; own vendor onboarding and partnerships; monitor market trends.
• Align purchasing strategies with merchandising plans; oversee global buying decisions and contracting; forecast with teams; optimize product availability.
• Set pricing and target margins; analyze costs; evaluate promotions and back-end funding; forecast rebates and profitability.
