Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive professional experience in strategy, business planning, or management consulting.
• Direct experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or MedTech sectors.
• US-based with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote). Travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Articulate precise go-to-market and commercial scaling strategies.
• Define and refine search and filter criteria to identify NGO and pharmaceutical partners.
• Develop a funnel of strategic commercial opportunities through research and networking.
• Present opportunities to senior leadership and secure buy-in.
• Lead by example, align with Zebra’s core values while delivering results.
