Job summary

unybrands is seeking a Head of Global Payroll to oversee payroll operations for its international workforce. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across regions, working with external partners to manage cycles and regulatory requirements.

The role requires deep knowledge of multi-country payroll practices, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with HR and Finance to drive scalable, compliant payroll processes globally.

Qualifications

• > 6-8+ years payroll management experience
• 2+ years global payroll experience
• Experience with multi-country payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations
• Experience with US multi-state payroll regulations and reporting

Responsibilities

• > Own payroll processing cycles for US, Germany, UK, and China with external partners
• > Audit payroll data including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, compensation changes, timekeeping, commissions, and deductions
• > Oversee US multi-state payroll across weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly cycles
• > Review payroll results, tax filings, and year-end reporting
• > Maintain payroll records and serve as primary payroll contact
