Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking a Head of Global Operations to lead and optimize our multinational field operations, vendor relationships, and internal systems from the US with occasional travel to Europe. You will drive efficiency with AI, oversee recruitment and HR processes, and ensure ISO 27001 compliance across entities.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in operations, field/hardware operations, business systems, or process improvement.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) or equivalent continuous‑improvement experience.
  • Experience managing field operations at scale including install/delivery logistics, maintenance networks, or hardware fleet management.
  • Proven experience with vendor and supply chain management across multiple regions.
  • Comfortable administering CRM (HubSpot preferred), HRIS, ATS, and finance/billing systems.
  • Proven track record running full‑cycle recruitment.
  • Experience building and refining SOPs, process maps, and playbooks across both office and field/site contexts.
  • Experience using AI tools day‑to‑day and identifying automation opportunities.
  • Comfortable managing an outsourced security/compliance partner and keeping a certification project on schedule.
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to Ireland and UK sites.

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage the Hardware Support Team, owning kiosk fleet operations including delivery logistics, installation, maintenance, and decommissioning.
  • Evaluate and select third‑party kiosk support vendors and manage global vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance.
  • Own spare parts and RMA management including inventory levels, warranty claims, and replacement turnaround.
  • Build and maintain field quality control using structured process‑improvement methods such as Lean Six Sigma.
  • Own stock planning, procurement SOPs, and supply chain coverage for the US, extending existing vendor relationships into new regions.
  • Administer internal systems including CRM, dashboards, billing, and reporting tools, maintaining access, configuration, and data hygiene.
  • Manage equipment procurement and IT provisioning for the team.
  • Identify, trial, and roll out AI and automation tools that reduce manual work across the business.
  • Manage the outsourced security and compliance partner relationship, keeping ISO 27001 certification on schedule.
  • Coordinate the Sales to CS to Finance handover for new client accounts, maintaining the client onboarding playbook.
  • Serve as a point of contact for operational and customer escalations across time zones.
  • Run end‑to‑end recruitment across Ireland, US, and UK, and own new hire onboarding across all three entities.
  • Maintain HR records — contracts, benefits, leave, equity administration, and compliance — across all entities.
  • Coordinate and run internal Operations meetings, track actions and decisions, and prepare weekly operating updates for leadership.
  • Own the culture calendar including All Hands, recognition programs, and culture‑building activities across a distributed team.

Our client is a fast-growing technology platform operating across the US, Ireland, and the UK, providing on-site kiosk technology and operational support for developer and contractor sites. They are looking for an experienced Head of Global Operations to join their team, based in the US with occasional travel to Europe. This is a senior, hands‑on role combining people leadership with operational ownership across field operations, vendor and supply chain management, internal systems, security and compliance, customer onboarding, and HR.
