Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with related field.
• 10+ years in sourcing, global logistics, or supply chain leadership.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, forecasting and cost-analysis skills.
• Clear communication and judgment; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading sourcing events and negotiating with ocean carriers/freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of global ocean/air freight markets, contracts and capacity management.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual ocean and air freight sourcing plans.
• Lead bids, evaluations, negotiations, awards and contracting.
• Manage carrier relationships with ocean carriers and logistics providers.
• Use reviews and scorecards to improve service and data quality.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Finance, IT on freight strategies.
