Ladders seeks a Head of Global Custody Operations in New York to lead and evolve global custody processing, settlements, and corporate actions. You will drive real-time operations, advance automation, and partner with compliance and risk to strengthen controls and efficiency.

We expect 15+ years in financial services with 10+ years in leadership, deep custody expertise, and a track record of large-scale transformation initiatives.

• Deep expertise in securities processing and custody functions.
• Knowledge of OCC, DTC/DTCC, and CSDR regulations.
• Experience with transformation and automation programs in large-scale operations.

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Head of Global Custody Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will oversee global custody operations with a strong focus on securities processing, settlement accuracy, and corporate actions across international markets. The role will guide the evolution of operations from batch-based processing to more real-time management, while advancing automation and AI-enabled workflow improvements. This position also partners closely with compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and support broader transformation goals.

Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $238,765 – $280,900 annually

Responsibilities
