Rapidly growing financial services firm in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking multiple Custody Middle Office Associates for a permanent position!

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the execution of new client accounts from an operational and client services standpoint.
• Communicate with clients and offer operational support for investment accounts on multiple custodial platforms.
• Assist clients with the account onboarding process, ensuring account details are complete.
• Monitor and maintain client accounts to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2-8 years of experience in private wealth management operations and client services.
• Experience working in client services and operations supporting a financial advisory team is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
