Zusammenfassung

Fortune Bay is seeking a Director of Surveillance to lead strategic surveillance operations across casino, resort, and related venues in Minnesota. The role requires safeguarding gaming integrity, asset protection, and safety through proactive monitoring and investigations.

Reporting to the CEO with regulatory liaison responsibilities, you will set surveillance standards, supervise teams, and drive improvements in risk coverage and reporting across multiple locations.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; leadership experience preferred.
Experience overseeing investigations involving theft, fraud, misconduct, or regulatory matters.
Knowledge of CCTV, video management systems, access controls and related surveillance technology.
Ability to obtain and maintain gaming license and to travel between locations.

Aufgaben

Oversee surveillance compliance across all gaming and non-gaming locations.
Direct investigations into significant incidents with confidentiality and objectivity.
Manage cameras, VMS, and related surveillance infrastructure; ensure infrastructure lifecycle planning.
Coordinate with IT, HR, security, and regulatory bodies as needed.
Develop and enforce surveillance standards, reporting practices, and risk assessment.
