Job summary

Corgi ETF in Chicago, IL is building its in-house fund administration team to own NAV governance and daily reporting. You will design and run the end-to-end operating model, manage the vendor stack, and ensure SEC and auditor readiness for an expanding ETF complex.

The role requires prior ownership of ETF fund administration, strong governance capabilities, and experience with active or derivatives-heavy strategies. This is a senior leadership position with board-level responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Prior ownership of a fund administration function for ETFs or registered funds.
• Daily NAV governance experience with actual strike decision authority.
• ETF primary market workflow familiarity (baskets, AP relationships, create/redeem).
• Vendor management and issue escalation at the service-provider level.
• Complex product exposure, preferably active ETFs or derivatives-heavy strategies.
• Director / SVP / Head-of-Function level experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end daily operating model from trade capture through NAV signoff.
• Oversee exception management and escalation logic across accounting and pricing.
• Govern service-provider relationships with custodians, pricing vendors, auditors, and reporting vendors.
• Create operating procedures, RACI, and control narratives for the fund.
• Coordinate board reporting, audit package readiness, and SEC exam readiness.
• Lead launch readiness for new funds and business continuity planning.

We work with external transfer agents and custody providers, but the operating model, controls, NAV governance, and reporting readiness sit with our team.We need the person who wants to own all of it.**The Role:**This is the control tower. You are accountable for whether the platform produces a legally defensible NAV and reporting package every single day.
