Job summary

Curran Recruiting is seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis for a highly acquisitive, PE-backed software company. Initial remote work with eventual relocation to Metro Atlanta, so local candidates are preferred.

The leader will drive budgeting, forecasting, forecasting accuracy and long-range planning, partnering with the CFO and executives to enable strategic decisions, and delivering insightful financial reporting for the Board and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience working with a global company.
• FP&A leadership within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, including ARR, NRR, LTV/CAC, and GM.
• Proven ability to lead and build out a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and long-range planning.
• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Develop clear financial reporting and insights for leadership, the Board, and key stakeholders.
• Partner across the business to evaluate performance, investments, resource allocation, and growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop the FP&A team while improving processes, reporting, and overall financial visibility.
