Job summary

Talentedge is seeking a Head of FP&A to build and lead the finance function for a fast-growing AI-assisted wealth tech platform in DC. You will partner with senior leadership to translate data into actionable insights guiding strategy, pricing, and investment decisions.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting, while driving scalable FP&A processes and strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, transaction advisory or Big Four audit experience.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capabilities.
• Excellent understanding of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow dynamics.
• Ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear commercial insights for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP of Finance on annual budget, quarterly forecasts and long-range plan.
• Own key financial modelling, analysis and forecasting responsibilities across the business.
• Build and develop financial models and performance metrics covering revenue growth, unit economics, customer behaviour, pricing and other key drivers.
• Lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI tracking and management commentary.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Engineering to develop assumptions and provide financial insight.
• Improve and automate FP&A processes, tools and reporting infrastructure as the company scales.
• Support fundraising, board reporting, due diligence and wider strategic finance initiatives.
