Job summary

Mesh seeks an exceptional leader to build and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) organization. You will lead a team embedded with strategic partners, owning delivery and driving end-to-end engagements from first contact to signed plans.

This role blends technical credibility, commercial sense, and organizational leadership. You will report to the CTO, hire senior engineers, and shape platform strategy while maintaining close alignment with partner teams and CS.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical roles.
• 4+ years leading forward-deployed teams.
• Experience building a 0→1 organization or a new service line.
• Proven ability attracting, developing, and retaining senior engineers.
• Experience with broker, exchange, or payments integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) organization and govern its operating model.
• Own delivery at our most strategic accounts with defined owners and executive sponsorship.
• Shape product and platform strategy by turning partner needs into prioritized platform work.
• Maintain strong commercial acumen and leadership with partner executives.
