Job summary

Nimble Gravity is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to build and coach a team across the Americas, turning ambiguous business problems into production AI systems. You’ll lead delivery, run client demos, and shape the next phase of work while staying close to code and architectures.

You’ll work in a distributed environment, mentoring engineers and establishing repeatable practices to ensure value across client engagements and internal initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years leading engineers or technical teams.
• Experience in client-facing delivery: consulting or forward deployed work.
• Hands-on with LLMs, tool use, RAG, workflow orchestration, evaluation.
• Strong Python or TypeScript, API design, CI/CD, and cloud fundamentals.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain complex ideas to executives.
• Ability to overlap meaningful working hours with US Eastern/Central time.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team across the USA and LATAM; hire, coach, and grow engineers.
• Own delivery across multiple client engagements including scope, quality, and timelines.
• Be the technical voice with clients; run demos, architecture sessions, and workshops.
• Build alongside the team; review designs and unblock agentic workflows and integrations.
• Identify next phases and partner with leadership to shape opportunities.
• Establish repeatable practices; create patterns, accelerators, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with data, cloud, and digital engineering teams for end-to-end outcomes.
