Job summary

Nimble Gravity, LLC is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide a distributed team across the Americas, turning AI ambitions into production systems. You’ll drive client workshops, architecture sessions, and delivery demos using Claude tools to demonstrate impact in client environments.

You will coach engineers, maintain code quality, and identify the next phase of work, while building repeatable patterns and accelerators for scalable success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering with 2+ years leading engineers or teams.
• Experience in client-facing delivery: consulting or forward deployed work.
• Hands-on with LLMs, tool use, RAG, orchestration, evaluation.
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills, API design, CI/CD and cloud fundamentals (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Excellent English and ability to explain complex ideas to execs and engineers.
• Overlap with US Eastern/Central time preferred.
• Proven track record of taking ambiguous problems to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed team across the USA and LATAM, building a culture of trust.
• Own delivery for multiple client engagements with scope, quality, and timelines.
• Be the technical voice with clients; run demos and architecture sessions.
• Stay close to code; prototype, review designs, and unblock the team.
• Identify next phases and shape expansion opportunities with account leadership.
• Establish repeatable patterns, accelerators, and playbooks for the team.
• Collaborate with data, cloud, and digital engineering teams for end-to-end outcomes.
