Nimble Gravity, LLC is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to guide a team turning AI ambitions into production systems for clients. You will hire, coach, and grow forward deployed engineers, own delivery, and help identify the next phase of work.

The role requires 15+ years in software engineering and 5+ years leading teams, with hands-on experience in LLMs, Python/TypeScript, API design, and cloud platforms. You’ll run demos, architecture sessions, and ensure strong client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in software engineering
• 5+ years leading engineers or technical teams
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic patterns
• Strong Python or TypeScript skills, plus API design, CI/CD, and cloud fundamentals
• Proven ability to explain complex technical ideas to executives and engineers
• Track record of taking ambiguous problems to production

Aufgaben

• Lead the team: Hire, coach, and grow forward deployed engineers. Set a high bar for technical quality, client communication, and ownership.
• Own delivery: Be accountable for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes across multiple client engagements.
• Be the technical voice with clients: Run demos, architecture sessions, and delivery workshops.
• Build alongside the team: Stay close to the code. Prototype, review designs, and unblock the team on agentic workflows and MCP integrations.
• Find the next phase: Spot expansion opportunities and shape them with account leadership.
• Establish repeatable practices: Build accelerators and playbooks so engagements start ahead.
• Collaborate across the business: Work with data, cloud, and digital engineering teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
