Job summary

Pubity Group is seeking a senior development leader to own the long- and short-form slate end to end in a fast-growing Gen Z environment. You’ll manage the pipeline, set standards, and guide producers and resources behind each format.

Six months in, success is measured by the size of the slate, the number of pilots, and a clear scaling plan. You’ll collaborate with Brand Strategy and Productisation teams to package shows for clients and pitches.

Qualifications

• Track record developing or producing short-form video for a social-first audience at scale.
• Experience directing or mentoring other producers or developers, with good judgment on hands-on vs. oversight.
• Strong editorial judgement and a clear point of view on what makes a format compelling and scalable.
• Fluent understanding of performance on TikTok, Reels and Shorts and platform-specific differences.
• Comfort reading performance data across multiple formats and making data-driven decisions.
• Experience coordinating shared/hub-based production resources.

Responsibilities

• Own the development slate: what's in development, piloting, scaling, pausing, or discontinuing and why.
• Spot formats from existing successful content across Pubity Group’s channels and audience data.
• Set the bar for each format including cost, proof requirements, and success metrics.
• Maintain a live pipeline of formats to feed production continuously.
