Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in higher education, student affairs, educational leadership, counseling, or related field plus five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in program administration, personnel supervision, budget management, assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• An equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-year strategic plan for First-Year Experience and Orientation.
• Provide strategic oversight for orientation, convocation, first-year seminars, and family programming.
• Develop assessment strategies and use data to improve participation, belonging, persistence and retention.
• Lead cross-campus coordination with academic affairs, enrollment management, and student support services.
• Oversee departmental resources, budgets, contracts, and communications to support student success.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen transition, belonging, and engagement for first-year students.
