Qualifications

• Experience in program administration, supervision, budgeting, assessment, and collaboration.
• Equivalent combination of education and related experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic plan for First-Year Experience and Orientation.
• Oversee a portfolio including orientation, convocation, and first-year initiatives.
• Lead assessment and reporting on student engagement, belonging, and outcomes.
• Foster cross-campus partnerships to align practices and priorities.
• Manage departmental budgets, personnel, scholarships, and resources.
• Drive early transition efforts to promote student success and retention.
