Job summary

Almeida Law Group LLC is seeking a seasoned Director of Firm Operations & Client Services to own the firm’s operations, HR, and client lifecycle. You will shape cash flow planning, vendor management, and multi-state HR compliance while serving as the main client contact.

With 10+ years in senior operations, you will work directly with leadership, automate reporting, and run remote operations across the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in law firm operations, legal operations management, or a comparable senior admin role.
• Proficiency in Excel with pivot tables, formulas, and forecasting.
• Experience administering employee benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
• Comfortable owning budgets, vendor contracts, and financial reporting to firm leadership.
• Experience with legal case management software (Clio, Filevine, MyCase, or similar).
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote multi-state environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the firm's matter-forecasting model for cash flow and revenue planning.
• Track budgets, vendor spend, and cost-per-signed-client across channels.
• Prepare recurring financial and pipeline reports to firm leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end HR administration including payroll and benefits.
• Administer firm systems and access controls; manage onboarding/offboarding.
• Serve as the primary client contact throughout the lifecycle of cases.
• Oversee intake through engagement letters and campaigns; manage referrals.
