Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years in law firm operations or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with multi-state remote work and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own firm financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to leadership.
• Oversee HR and benefits administration, payroll coordination.
• Manage vendor contracts, budgets, and software licenses.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate case updates.
• Oversee intake and campaigns, manage referrals and growth.
