A leading specialty technology insurance platform operating across the US, is seeking an experienced leader to join their finance team as the Head of Group Finance Operations. This senior role will focus on overseeing Accounts Payable, Travel & Entertainment (T&E) spending, and accounting for internal holding and service companies. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and implement advanced financial technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and scale the Group Finance Operations team to meet the company's growth.
2. Streamline procure-to-pay and accounts payable processes, leveraging modern technologies.
3. Oversee T&E functions, ensuring policy adherence and cost optimization.
4. Manage accounting for internal holding and service companies in compliance with US GAAP.
5. Collaborate with auditors to ensure timely audits and implement continuous process improvements.
6. Strategic vision with a focus on long-term business goals.
