The Controller will ensure financial integrity, compliance, and strategic alignment with company objectives. The team will provide cost accounting and operational reports to support profitable growth.

Responsibilities

1. Financial Management: Oversee accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting, and develop financial policies compliant with GAAP.
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate on financial strategies, develop budgets, analyze financial performance, and recommend improvements.
