Job Details

Reports To: CEO

Job Overview: This key role involves managing the record-to-report function of a growing construction company and leading a diverse team. The Controller will ensure financial integrity, compliance, and strategic alignment with company objectives. The team will provide cost accounting and operational reports to support profitable growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Oversee accounting operations, ensure timely financial reporting, and develop financial policies compliant with GAAP.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering high performance and continuous improvement.
  3. Strategic Planning: Collaborate on financial strategies, develop budgets, analyze financial performance, and recommend improvements.
  4. Internal Controls and Compliance: Establish internal controls, coordinate audits, and stay updated on financial regulations.
