Fello is seeking a finance leader to own the entire finance function, including close, GAAP compliance, revenue recognition, tax, and audit readiness. You will leverage AI and a fractional CFO to operate with speed and rigor, not as a team beneath you.

This role blends hands-on control with strategic finance, partnering across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. You will drive finance that scales with a hyper-growth SaaS business, offering remote collaboration and growth toward broader scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience with full close ownership.
• Hands-on operating style with strategic finance hunger.
• Experience in SaaS finance and GAAP knowledge (ASC 606).

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close end‑to‑end with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain GAAP compliance and drive audit readiness with external auditors.
• Own revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS models.
• Develop data rooms and board‑ready reporting for fundraising and diligence.
