Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Head of Field Architecture to transform field operation systems and build a digital strategy within a SAP/EA context. The role is remote with travel required, and supports enterprise asset management and field operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in a similar role, strong IT architecture knowledge, and the ability to partner with field teams to drive modernization across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Accounting and Finance.
• Proven experience partnering with the field and analyzing field technology.
• Ability to build a digital strategy and lead the transformation of key field operation systems.
• Strong knowledge of IT architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent strategic thinking and ability to anticipate trends and guide actions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the field to understand technology needs and develop aligned solutions.
• Analyze field technology to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Develop and implement a digital strategy supporting objectives and efficiency.
• Lead transformation of key field operation systems for performance and strategic alignment.
• Advise senior leadership on tech trends and best practices in Accounting and Finance.
• Maintain a scalable IT architecture capable of supporting growth and change.
• Coordinate with IT peers to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
