Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Field Medical Training to lead the end-to-end training program for Neuroscience migraine field teams.

You will design curricula, coordinate onboarding, and drive continuous improvement with HQ Medical, Medical Communications & Publications, and FMLT. The role requires 12+ years of related experience (or equivalent) and an advanced degree, plus full professional fluency in English.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years with a Master’s; or 5 years with a PhD.
• Cross-functional project leadership with significant business impact.
• Fluent in English with strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for Field Medical staff.
• Lead onboarding, calendars, and post-training follow-up strategies.
• Coordinate with HQ Medical, Medical Communications & Publications for approvals.
• Assess training effectiveness using metrics and market trends.
• Manage certifications and platform delivery (iLearn LMS, ACTO, QStream).
• Onboard new hires and identify curriculum improvements.
