Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction, installation, field operations, modular construction, manufactured housing, residential construction, or related industry.
• 3+ years of experience managing installation or construction crews.
• Experience managing subcontractors and third-party contractors.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, quality control, and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all BOXABL installation operations.
• Oversee installation crews, field supervisors, subcontractors, and third-party installation partners.
• Establish standardized installation procedures, processes, and performance expectations.
• Develop installation schedules and ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Coordinate installation resources based on project requirements and commitments.
• Monitor installation progress from mobilization to final completion and turnover.
• Identify and resolve field issues affecting schedule, cost, quality, or customer satisfaction.
