Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Facility Operations Manager to oversee daily activities across Engineering, Maintenance, Building and Grounds, and Stagehands at our Wichita facilities. You will supervise diverse teams, coordinate with departments and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, budgeting, and in-depth knowledge of HVAC, lighting, sound, and stage production systems, with experience managing budgets and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Maintenance Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or managerial experience in a similar facility.
• Knowledge of HVAC, hydronic systems and theater/entertainment tech.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise operations, maintenance, and facilities activities.
• Coordinate with departments and contractors to ensure readiness for events.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance and safety procedures.
• Oversee budgeting, contract reviews, and vendor negotiations.
• Act as liaison with public utilities and energy agencies.
