Qualifications

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Maintenance Department and its programs.
• Ensure maintenance policies and procedures are followed and updated.
• Coordinate maintenance with other departments and supervise outside vendors.
• Conduct regular rounds to ensure maintenance tasks are performed safely and effectively.
• Participate in facility surveys and prepare plans of correction as needed.
• Maintain safety and fire protection programs and ensure correct use of PPE and MSDS practices.
