Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company in Concord, NC seeks Associate Director of Facilities and Utilities Engineering to lead site engineering, GMP utilities, and qualification activities. The role reports to the Sr.

Director – Engineering Concord and guides a team of site utility engineers and system engineers. You will drive technical governance, change control, CAPA, and continuous improvement across utilities (HVAC, purified water, WFI, BMS) while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with LQS/GQS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years engineering experience on manufacturing site.
• US work authorization required; Lilly sponsors none.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and administrative oversight for site engineering and GMP utilities.
• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA for changes/deviations.
• Drive continuous improvement and regulatory compliance across engineering systems.
