Job summary

Axiom Custom Products in Portland, Oregon is seeking a hands-on Head of Facilities to keep our building, equipment, people, and production running safely and efficiently. You’ll lead a two-person facilities team, own preventive maintenance across CNC routers, lasers, robotics, and related systems, and coordinate EHS, vendors, fleet, and facilities projects in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and preventive maintenance.
• Experience with OSHA/EHS, safety programs, inspections, and compliance.
• Ability to manage teams, vendors, budgets, projects, and documentation.
• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and hands-on.
• Comfortable troubleshooting problems and preventing them before they happen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Axiom Custom Products is a 75,000 sq. ft. custom manufacturing facility serving the creative, events, retail, and construction industries. We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Facilities to keep our building, equipment, people, and production running safely and efficiently.

You’ll lead a two-person facilities team and oversee building operations, production equipment, EHS, vendors, fleet, maintenance, and facilities projects. You’ll own preventive maintenance and equipment reliability across CNC routers, lasers, robotics, compressed air, dust collection, paint/powder-coat systems, forklifts, and more.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of facilities, maintenance, or manufacturing experience
• Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and preventive maintenance

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000–$100,000, depending on experience, plus:
