Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience in experience or product design (Mobile & Web).
• Experience delivering user-friendly, high-quality solutions and scaling digital products.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence and inspire.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with product leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive evolution of primary dashboards and personalization at scale across the digital ecosystem.
• Create UX/UI design work for digital products with high craft and attention to detail.
• Contribute to redesign and uplift of the design system for consistency and innovation.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to align with business goals.
• Present and communicate design decisions to senior stakeholders and researchers.
