Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5–10 years of experience in executive communications or related field.
• 5–10 years of supervisor/leadership experience.
• Master's Degree preferred; 10+ years of experience and 10+ years of supervisor experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team, hires, trains, assigns work and evaluates performance.
• Develops and adheres to departmental staffing and budget goals.
• Sets executive communications strategy across the organization, including speeches, presentations, social content, white papers, blogs, op-eds or scripts.
• Writes crisp and captivating content for internal and external audiences.
• Contributes to BJC's thought leadership through traditional and social media.
• Collaborates with Media Relations, digital marketing and MarComm to implement external components of the strategy.
