Job summary

Redmax Events is seeking an experienced operations and logistics leader to strengthen our process, inventory, and project flow for large-scale events. You’ll coordinate carpentry, CNC fabrication, large-format printing, and related logistics as a growing company scales up.

You’ll own SOP development, optimize trucking and warehouse operations, and ensure equipment and materials are tracked and maintained. The role offers growth into broader operations leadership as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Has run operations and kept multiple parts of a business moving at once.
• Experience in managing vehicle and trucking operations and understanding DOT requirements.
• Ability to organize scattered information across departments so everyone knows status.

Responsibilities

• Make operations more efficient and cost-effective by collaborating across departments to identify problems, streamline processes, and develop, implement, and maintain SOPs.
• Keep jobs and installations moving smoothly by improving trucking, warehouse operations, loading, and job logistics—organizing, tracking, and coordinating.
• Improve organization and tracking of equipment, tools, and materials to keep inventory clean, maintained, and accounted for.
• Shape how operations evolve as the company grows, set priorities, and lead cross-department improvements.
