Qualifications

• 10+ years HVAC and piping estimating experience.
• 10+ years knowledge of estimating objectives, strategies, and contracts.
• 5+ years leading, coaching, and mentoring an estimating team.

• Establish standardized estimating procedures and metrics.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Oversee estimation process and final packages for quotes.
• Administer estimating systems and pricing updates.
