Job summary

Rosenblum Law in Clifton, New Jersey is seeking an estate planning attorney to own draft reviews and elevate the quality of every plan. You will build a superior review process, mentor a drafting team, and shape templates and SOPs.

You will draft and revise complex estate plans, supervise junior attorneys and paralegals, and ensure compliance with state tax rules while maintaining predictable, in-office hours.

Qualifications

• J.D. and active New Jersey bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years of practice focused on estate planning, drafting Revocable Living Trusts (individual and joint) and related documents.
• 3+ years drafting revocable/irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives.
• High level experience using WealthCounsel.
• Sharp eye for detail with ability to give clear feedback.
• Knowledge of federal estate and gift tax and New Jersey inheritance tax.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a steady volume of drafts against deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build out the draft review team and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives for legal accuracy and alignment with client goals.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback and track recurring issues.
• Create and maintain review checklists, quality standards, and turnaround targets.
• Refine templates, clause library, and drafting SOPs with attorneys.
• Coach paralegals and drafters, conduct training, onboard and evaluate new team members.
• Draft or revise complex plans and specialized clauses as needed.
• Support client experience by participating in strategy sessions and signings.
