Trueline seeks a Managing Attorney to lead the legal team across multiple offices and to oversee attorneys and paralegals while strengthening training, client service, and operational consistency.

This role is approximately 80% leadership and 20% client meetings, with monthly travel among the firm’s offices. The compensation includes a base salary around $150,000 plus a $50,000 annual target bonus and potential total compensation near $200,000.

Competenze

• Juris Doctor degree and an active Ohio or West Virginia law license.
• Admission in both states, or the ability to obtain the second admission within six months.

Mansioni

• Lead, coach, and supervise attorneys, paralegals, and Medicaid/public benefits staff.
• Oversee estate planning, trusts, probate, and elder law work.
• Review files and work product for accuracy and adherence to firm standards.
• Monitor deadlines and performance measures for drafting, trust funding, and client service.
• Develop team members through training and feedback.
• Lead client consultations and coach attorneys on engagements.
