You’ll own the product vision end-to-end, guiding strategy, roadmap and execution with Product, Design, Software and Platform Engineers across a mixed-maturity data foundation. You’ll manage a distributed team, balance priorities with regulatory needs, and partner with Legal, Audit, and Compliance to ensure data governance and credible

Qualifications

• Proven change management experience across large software teams.
• 10+ years managing software engineering or product teams.
• 5+ years leading Product and Engineering with cross-functional ownership.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and platform concepts.
• Translate ambiguous business and regulatory needs into product solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the data strategy and product vision end-to-end for ESCI.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Software and Platform Engineers.
• Balance priorities across user experience, regulatory requirements and delivery timelines.
• Partner with Legal, Audit, and Compliance for governance and disclosures.
• Manage a distributed team and travel internationally as needed.
