Job summary

Apple is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the data strategy for the Environment, Supply Chain & Innovation (ESCI) data foundation. The role involves owning the product vision end-to-end, coordinating with PMs, Designers, Software and Platform Engineers, and guiding a team across Cupertino and Austin.

You’ll balance priorities, navigate regulatory requirements, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver trusted, auditable data assets powering Apple’s reporting on labor, supplier readiness,

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing software engineering or product teams.
• 5+ years leading a combined Product and Engineering organization with cross-functional ownership.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, and platform/infrastructure concepts.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data strategy and ESCI data foundation as Apple’s system of record.
• Own product vision end-to-end from strategy to execution with cross-functional teams.
• Balance resources, priorities, and trade-offs while aligning stakeholders around a shared vision.
• Manage a distributed team across Cupertino and Austin and travel periodically for collaboration.
